Your child is special...celebrating
your child's special event should be special too! Parties
at The Windsor House of Tea are carefully planned for children
of all ages and will be an experience to be remembered for
a lifetime. Each child will take home a framed photo of their
memorable tea event. Your guests will delight in taking tea
in our unique garden room, complete with an English country
cottage and scenic gardens, designed and painted exclusively
for the Windsor House of Tea by local artist Dorothy Danielson.
Our exclusive Garden Party Tea package (ages 4-12) is a
full service event hosted and directed by members of our
staff.
Your party will include:
2 hour party
Party Hostess
Handmade Invitations for 8 (extras available at $1.50 each)
Dress up clothes/accessories
Make up session
Presentation of the birthday child
Storytime (ages 4-7)
Etiquette Lesson (ages 8-12)
Framed Photo favor of each child
Food/Tea (or strawberry lemonade)
Dress Up: All dress up clothes are made
to wear over a child's own clothing, however, we recommend
that the children wear
leotards or undershirts if possible. We provide the dresses,
boas, hats and makeup. Gloves can be purchased as a party
favor and are an item that can be used by your guests in
the future.

Menu:
A full menu of delicious treats will be served on beautifully
decorated three tired serving trays and will include:
A Petite assortment of freshly baked and scones;
A variety of finger sandwiches including chicken salad,
chocolate tea sandwich, cheese sandwich and ham and cheese
sandwich;
An assortment of cookies and chocolate eclairs
Birthday cupcakes
Assorted Seasonal fruits
Vegetable garnishes (carrots, cucumbers)
Tea/Strawberry Lemonade
Cost: The minimum cost is $250.00 for
up to 8 children (including the birthday child). There
is an additional charge of $20.00
for each additional child up to a maximum of 12 children.
This includes one parent. You will receive 8 invitations,
with an
additional charge of $1.50 for each additional invitation.
One parent is required to be at the event. We can accommodate
up to 4 adults with an additional charge of $15.00 per
adult, excluding the adult included in the party package.
Other
parents are invited to enjoy tea in our tea room or come
back after
the party is over.
Reservations/Payment: When your party
date is confirmed, we require a deposit of $75.00. Final
payment of the balance
must
be paid 24 hours prior to the party. We do take most major
credit cards. Final number attending is due five days prior
to the event. Cancellation of the party after that time
will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
